Rehabilitation of Self

Remember I once told you that I would disclose my real name after we have got the chance to know each other a little bit. This is my new blog.
I am Intan Nazrahayu.
And I am A Blog-a-holic.
Formerly known as Spasticolon of the now defunct Psychosomatic Confrontations. I am a real person, with overt eccentricities but I am pretty sure I still have my faculties in the right order. I would like to think that I am a nice lady, I hope some of you have managed to find that side of me. My mom thinks I have grown to be quite nice. So, you know...I believe her.
Sometimes hormones take over me, most times it's because I am hungry I can be quite a heap to handle. Like most of you, my imperfections make me unique and interesting.
I am taking some time off from blogging to iron out my life offline. This addiction to blogging is robbing my daughter of the kind of enrichment she should be getting right now. I would not want to fail to contribute positively towards her self-actualization. I am now resolved to plan my time more rigidly when it comes to my first experiment in motherhood. I am in the midst of rescueing my little darling Aishah from the evil claws of the Barney cult.
I will not put her in front of the tv while I steal some time to blog.
I will not put her in front of the tv while I steal some time to blog.
I will not put her in front of the tv while I steal some time to blog.
Insya Allah.
The direction of this blog this time around is merely snippets of my life, almost like the old one, only I am no longer hiding behind pseudonyms and adobe programs.
I have ugly and sordid demons from the past and some may not wish to be associated with me upon discovering my true identity. I used to be afraid of that, but lately I have finally forgiven myself. I have a respectable family and I love them to bits. Having a fake name does not make it right for me to misbehave. Please read Pok Ku's entry entitled "Rambling Right On". He is the one who inspired me to start blogging in the first place. It's from his blog too that I came to know our star-blogger Kak Teh. And fron stalking her, I got to know wonderful people with whom I have shared special friendships with.
Especially out of this world is my associations with my Egyptian Queen, my Whirling Syeikh, my Sassy Suze and my Gourmet Grandmama.
My Ivy League Astronaut will kill me with her light saber if I forget to highlight that she is my first loyal crony. I love you Ayu.
From now on, I would like to be more positive and quit thinking that my tantrums are due to some short circuit upstairs. I want to try to be more responsible. I am turning 30 in 8 days and hoping to get it into my system that I am no longer a kid.
Should you need to communicate with me, you can still drop lines over here in my comment box. Hehe.I still have not lost my narcissistic hetrionic self. It is probably much worse now. But I am happy. That' what matters.
We could chat over YM if you like. Add karmaalmitra. I am almost always online.
Now your friend has a real name. And a new joint.
Make yourselves at home. Isn't it simply spiffing for a spot of Russian Caravan tea, with Kak Teh's sardine rolls, scones and clotted cream, Aishah and I will make our famous canapes, and the rest of your pot luck kuehs in tiffin carriers.
I pray that I am doing the right thing. My Blog Mom and my Munsyi will help me, won't you?
On the bathing-tub of King T'ang the following words were engraved:
"If you would one day renovate yourself, do so from day to day.
Yea, let there be daily renovation."
